Marvelous Entertainment will ship pre-ordered copies of its Luminous Arc 3: Eyes game with an anime DVD extra on December 10 in Japan. (The simulation role-playing game will play on Nintendo DS portable game consoles.) The bundled White DVD Album will include an animated music video of Aki Toyosaki singing "Seiya-sai ~Magic Night~" as the character Shion, special footage from the "Luminous Arc Radio Broadcasting Unit" web radio program, 70 Luminous Arc personal computer wallpaper, and the opening animation sequences from all three Luminous Arc games.
The DVD is part of "The Luminous complete album" set with the Red Book Album book. The book will contain production design materials, a message from the web radio program's main personalities Eriko Nakamura and Ryou Hirohashi, and original art of the main characters by the game's character designer Kaito Shibano and other guest creators. The Dengeki Online website posted images of the witch characters singing the special long version of "Seiya-sai ~Magic Night~" in Santa-like costumes, as well as samples of the character illustrations by guest creators.
Atlus already released the first two Luminous Arc games in North America in 2007 and 2008, although an English-language version of the third game has yet to have an official release date announced.
